They could do 2,1,3 which you had to respect so you wouldn't be CH by the 3. To release more characters, you must beat story battle under Medium difficulty: 1) Jin Kazama (new moveset, Hwoarang and Kazuya's final boss) - Beat the game with Hwoarang, Xiaoyu, Kazuya, Steve.
